Colorful Creations DT September Sketch Challenge

hello everyone !!!! 

today we have a ne challenge for you over at Colorful Creations !!!! a great sketch for you to play with !!!
I decided to test my CAS self this time ... not a total success as my layout turned a little too embellished.... next time I will try to be more clean and simple !!!

so here is our sketch

and here is my take !!!
 I used a wonderful paper for the DCWV chalk art stack with a big polaroid frame which I love !!!

Scrap It With a Song DT Pop team- Running on Empty by Jackson Browne

hello everyone !!!! 

we have very exciting news over at Scrap it with a song !!!! from now on we will release the two songs - Rock and Pop - at the first of every month!!! that way you will have more time to work on your creations !!!! plus we will have a RAK created by the girl that picked the songs every month!!! 

so for this month we have a very pop and happy song at least for my ears !!! I loved the phrase " looking back ath the years gone by like so many summer fields "and I just had the perfect picture to use !!! its me looking back at the sunset on a summer afternoon ... I looooove sunset !! I like watching at the colors of the sky!!!

My Scraps & More Sketch #89

hello !!!

I am here to share a layout I made ... I am experimenting with the cas style these days and this is my second try .. I got inspired by the sketch from My Scraps & More Sketches #89 and a layout I found on pinterest created by Stacy Cohen... 

I coated the letters of the title with perfect pearls diluted with water and then a heavy coat of glossy accent ... I loooove the result !!! 

so here is my page... would you call it cas ???

Five senses layout - 7dots and studio challenges

hello everyone !!

well today I want to share a layout I created inspired by the 7 dots challenge of August themed :

 five senses

I also was inspired by the mood board from the studio challenges

the turquoise color , the sequins, and the big lettering from the "the beach is my happy place" ..

I used a paper form the Messy head collection and I added texture with tulle and microsphere beads ... also modeling paste and misting using masks ... 

I used die cuts and wood veneer pieces to embellish my page !!! 

 and some close ups for the details

Scraps n pieces -Timeless

γεια σας !!! καιρο εχω να γραψω στα ελληνικα !!!

και καιρο εχω να γραφω γενικοτερα στο μπλογκ μου .... αλλααααα θα επανορθωσω .... εχω διακοπες και αρα απλετο (λεμε τωρα.... ) χρονο για δημιουργια !! παντως εχω περισσοτερο χρονο απο οτι συνηθως .... αρκετα ομως με αυτα ... 

σημερα ειμαι εδω για να σας δειξω μια σελιδα που εφτιαξα για την προκληση των κοριτσιων στο scraps n pieces blog με θεμα διακοπες/ταξιδι!!! ε στην κρητη μενω οποτε για μενα διακοπες =παραλια !!! ετσι αποφασισα να φτιαξω μια φετινη φωτογραφια απο τις διακοπες μου στο εξωτικο χωριουδακι μου!!! 

αυτη η φωτογραφια ηταν τελεια υποψηφια για να δοκιμασω μια τεχνικη που θελω εδω και καιρο ... 

να κανω την φωτο μερος της σελιδας (melted photo on the background) με αλλα λογια ??

Solange Marques!!! ειδα ενα βιντεακι και ειπα να δοκιμασω ... πρωτη αποπειρα ηταν επιεικως ...χαλια ... αλλα ξαναδοκιμασα (ξαναειδα και το βιντεο) και το αποτελεσμα σας το δειχνω σημερα ... ενταξει τελεια δεν ειναι αλλα μ αρεσε και θα ξαναδοκιμασω οταν βρω καταλληλη φωτο !!!! 

αυτα με το μπλα μπλα μου ιδου η σελιδουλα !!!!

this month we have a very versatile song over at Scrap It with a song for the pop team!!!
Avicii wake me up !!! I love this song !!!! I love the melody and the lyrics !!!!
so this is my creation for this month . I chose the lyric "through the darkness" and created an art journal page... I hope you like and get inspired

I mostly used 13arts products and let me just say that I adore the glass microspheres!!!! I looooooove them!!!!

 I really like this sketch and it was a great opportunity for me to use my new supplies from 13arts !!! I looove their products !!!
so this is what I came up with ... I used 13arts products (mists,paper,and stensil) ... some stamping and embellishments ....

Hello my crafty friends !!!

today I want to share with you a page I did using 7 dots paper and heidi swapp papers and ephemera (dreamy collection) ... I love these papers!! I think their colors are so cute !!!

well I was inspired by this great sketch from sketchabilities #115 ...

and the mood board from Scrap Around The World... I used the color combo from the mood board but I was also inspired by the elegance the pictures show... I also was also inspired by the quote on the board and the word celebrate so I scraped a photo of my 25th birthday cake !!!

Celebrate Spring Layout !!!

well today I want to share with you a mixed media layout I created using 7dots paper (Messy head -what wood u say) and some embellishments..

> I got inspired by the 7dots challenge "april showers bring may flowers" and I used a picture of my moms favourite flowers .. lilies!!!

> I also used the sketch from Once Upon A sketch (their theme is anything goes)

Scrap It With A Song DT May song ... Lionel Richie-Dancing on the Ceiling

hello crafty friends!!!

I am here with our new challenge over at Scrap It With A Song!!! this month Astrid is choosing the Pop team song and she did a great job peaking " Lionel Richie-Dancing on the Ceiling "...

here are the song's lyrics to help you:

it is a very fun song !!! I like the lyric "Oh, what a feeling  " and I used it as my title for this layout... 

I got inspired by 7dots papers that I have (but the colors did not quite matched my photo) and I created my background on a white piece of cardstock.... dry-wall tape, painter's tape, mists,stamps,stensils and distress inks helped me build up this background work... and I loved the result !!!!

Spring and Sunny weather is officially a fact here in Greece and today I am popping by to tell about our new challenge over at Colorful Creations !!!

Our new sketch for this month is totally awesome !!! I love sketches with multiple photos!!
here it is:

I used stensils, dylusions mist , pattern papers , distress inks all in shades of blue and teal... I made some white flowers and some teal flower stems...

I hope you are all doing well!!!! happy april fools day!!!!  did you get fooled ???

well let me show you this month's challenge over at colorful creations !!! we changed our format and now we are a sketch only blog !!!
we have a wonderful sketch for you and we hope to get you inspired !!!

and this is my take on the sketch ...I used a wonderful paper by 7dots Messy head collection... 2 photos as the sketch depicts and layering ,modeling paste, watercolors ... no flowers this time but I used a real sea shell and a small red rock!!! I mainly focused this layout on the journaling as I wanted to capture my feeling about that day!!!

Colorful Creations Spring Fling Blog Hop!

scraps N pieces March THREE challenge

να μαι παλι !!!

λοιπον αυτη η καρτα της μαριας μου εδωσε την ωθηση για το πως να φτιαξω το quote που ειχα βρει για να παιξω στην προκληση του Scraps N pieces blog οπου τα κοριτσια μας ζητανε να δημιουργησουμε κατι με τον αριθμο τρια ....

το quote ειναι αυτο : Three things can't be long hidden : the sun , the moon and the truth. (buddha)

και για πολλες μερες αναρωτιομουν αν θα το χρησιμοποιουσα σε σελιδα art journal , σε καποιο tag η σε κατι αλλο .... και τωρα μου ρθε ... σε καρτα με την τεχνικη της Μαριας !!!!!

χρησιμοποιησα ως μασκα βουνα (για να μπορω να κρυψω τον ηλιο και το φεγγαρι πισω απο αυτα) και αυτο ειναι το αποτελεσμα :

 

ελπιζω να σας αρεσει !!! εμενα παντως πολυ και σιγουρα θα φτιαξω και αλλες με αυτην την τεχνικη !!!

σημερα η Μαρια ανεβασε στο scraps N pieces challenge blog ενα tutorial με τον τροπο που μπορει καποιος να φτιαξει μια καρτουλα χρησιμοποιωντας distress μελανια και μερικα απλα χαρτια ως μασκες... την καρτουλα της Μαριας την ειχα δει καιρο πριν και τοτε μας ειχε ταξει οτι θα μας δειξει πως την εφτιαξε ... ετσι σημερα οταν ειδα το tutorial ειπα και γω να δοκιμασω ... αλλαξα λιγο τα χρωματα και δοκιμασα και γω ....

οποτε Μαρακι ιδου : η καρτουλα μου εμπνευσμενη απο την δικια σου !!!

σας αρεσει ??

παω να φτιαξω και αλλη μια αλλα με αλλο σχεδιο οχι λιμνουλα !!!

it's the 15th today and we have a new challenge for you over at Colorful Creations !!!!

its a SKETCH challenge using this great sketch 

I used my favorite color (actually my second favorite since I love orange !!) -mint green- and I got inspired by my mint Big Shot !!! I love my BS and I wanted to do a layout about it !!!

I added gold embellies that match my fotos and I doodled the title !!!

SIG challenge for february!!!

γεια σε ολους και σε ολες !!!!

δευτερα παλι σημερα και οπως και λεει και ο φιλος μου ο Garfield "I hate Mondays" ..... γι'αυτο το λογο σημερα θα σας δειξω μια δημιουργια που αγαπω πολυ ετσι για να φτιαξει το κεφι !!!!!

εφτιαξα ενα καμβαδακι για μια πολυ καλη μου φιλη και πραγματικα λερωσα τα χερακια μου !!!!!
και πολυ το ευχαριστηθηκα .... στενσιλ, παστες , χρωματα(ακρυλικα και υδατοδιαλυτα dylusions) καθως και λουλουδια (χειροποιητα και ψεκασμενα με dylusions) χρησιμοποιηθηκαν για να ολοκληρωθει αυτος ο καμβας !!!! η φιλεναδα μου ξετρελαθηκε ελπιζω και σεις !!!!!

με αυτο το καμβαδακι θα συμμετεχω στην προκληση για τον μηνα φεβρουαριο στο Scrapbooking in Greece οπου τα κοριτσια μας ζητησαν να λερωσουμε τα χερακια με χρωματα και να χρησιμοποιησουμε στενσιλς και γενικα mixed media τεχνικες !!!!
